Machine Learning on Network Data. A collaborative team is not deployed over a grid. Rather, it irregularly distributes over an area of interest. The data they acquired is, therefore, irregularly structured as well. Such irregular structure can be described by a network. Machine learning must evolve to facilitate the processing of network data.
